Residential Tower – Saraya

The project is to propose a design concept proposal of residential property development. The building is located in ABUDHABI Corniche -E12-C32, it is a prime property with breathtaking water views of Abu Dhabi Corniche.
The plot size is 1,875 Sq.m. the concept design of the project will reflect delicate balance of simplicity and modern to provide a great waterfront view of the Abu Dhabi corniche, waterfront, and the Lulu Island.
The residential plot recommends a 42-storey tower above a 6-storey podium and 3 basements. The plot is surrounded by extensive landscape, water features and path network proposed, encouraging social public interaction at the ground/street level, resulting in a space that is attractive and sociable to live. The podium will be a composition of residential facilities and recreational uses.
The recreation pool is located on the 6th floor, surrounded by a landscape designed terrace; this will add interest to the podium scape of the towers.
The main facades of the tower are orientated towards Corniche coast and the Crescent plaza, responding the Corniche coastal view and immediate surrounding environment and buildings.
The architecture of the podium and tower façade will be unique, yet in harmony with alternate plots in the crescent of towers.
The tower design is sympathetic to the plot’s views and immediate environment. The design of the building facades, fenestration and balconies will respond to the views and proximity to the Corniche coastline, main Corniche roadway, the immediate environment and adjacent plots. The tower facades will be an innovative composition of modern gold mirror glass for the curtain wall façade and stainless steel metal work. The design of the tower façade is a careful articulation of vertical and horizontal architectural elements to achieve interest and variation.
The proposed units flat apartments in the tower are divided in several category as the following: 2 bedroom apartment, 3 bedroom apartment, 4 bedroom apartment, and 5 bedroom duplex apartments. They are divided in several levels to create variety of categories within the building
