NPCC is a world class Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company that provides total EPC solutions to both the Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas sector. It provides engineering, procurement, project management, fabrication, installation and commissioning to project owners and operators.
-The Project accommodates the following functions;
Fabrication Yard:
-Fabrication Yards, with a total area of over 300 thousand Square meters, to fabricate Oil & Gas production and processing facilities. It’s highly specialized teams perform all associated activities of Electrical, Instrumentation and Commissioning
Warehouses:
-Includes: Storage, workshop, open storage area and future expansion.
-Factories:
-Pipe Coating facility for Iron ore, bare pipes, coated pipes and coating material. These facilities include:
1.Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE), Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) Plant processes coating for pipes ranging from 3" to 48" in outer diameter
2.Concrete Weight Coating (CC) Plant with facilities for anode installation
3.Internal Pipe Cleaning Machine. The shot/grit blasting process for pipes from 18" to 48" in diameter.
4.On-bottom stability calculations
Administration
Includes: offices, Clinic and Mess hall.
In addition to all infrastructure works such as roads, water supply, sewers, telecommunications and electrical work.
